Susi Porter-Bopp

Project Manager, Water for Fish, First Nations Fisheries Council of BC


Susi Porter-Bopp has worked on freshwater policy, law and community and indigenous engagement in British Columbia for over ten years. As the Project Manager of the Water for Fish freshwater initiative at the First Nations Fisheries Council of British Columbia, Susi works with BC First Nations to develop structures, processes and resources that enable a cohesive voice amongst First Nations on freshwater governance and management issues. She has served as an advisor on numerous committees and initiatives, and was previously with the Canadian Freshwater Alliance and the POLIS Water Sustainability Project at the University of Victoria.
