Communications and Development Director, Raincoast Conservation Foundation
Ross Dixon moved to Canada in 2011 after working in the UK as an environmental consultant for nine years. Working as the Raincoast Conservation Foundation’s program manager, and more recently as Communications and Development Director, Ross designs, builds, and implements a range of science-based conservation programs. As an environmental scientist Ross takes a system approach to addressing complex problems and as a trained counselor, focuses on building relationships that are critical in creating change. Over the last six years, his work has included identifying and progressing a collaborative vision for salmon habitat in the Lower Fraser River.
