M.A., P.Ag, Water Stewardship Director, Okanagan Basin Water Board

Nelson works with the Okanagan Basin Water Board’s Okanagan Water Stewardship Council to develop practical solutions that reflect the best available science, innovative policy and consensus approaches. Nelson has a background in freshwater science, a Master’s degree in water governance, and was previously the Executive Director of the Okanagan Partnership – a business led non-profit focused on collaboration and identifying practical ‘small solutions’ to support a globally competitive Okanagan.
