Ken is a Social Intrapreneur at Urban Systems (www.urbansystems.ca), a 40 year old consultancy that specializes in community development across Western Canada. After a decade working as a market based engineering consultant, then another 5 years as a Managing Partner and now as a Co-Leader of both Urban Systems and the Urban Systems Foundation, Ken has more recently been focused on bringing the spirit of social innovation to and through the company. Continuously inspired to find the better path for Urban Systems and sociallyminded for-profit companies, Ken is actively engaged in building momentum, championing causes, and developing business opportunities that positively impact community and the business bottom line.
